was born and raised in the Bible-belt of rural Alabama. Deeply inspired by the social politics of the South, Sarah attempts to confront ideals of identity, class, and beauty ideals through the lens of high camp and satire.

The garments themselves act as characters of a forlorn narrative, crafted in worlds rooted in liminal, and dystopian futures. Unlimited to fashion, sculpture, film, and philosophy; Sarah utilizes all at their disposal in attempt to critique and subvert the zeitgeist against the set of its own rules. 

 

Sarah is a graduate of the School of Art Institute of Chicago and was honored with the Fashion Council Fellowship Scholarship. Sarah has interned in the studio of Adam Selman and has designs featured in VogueWorld, Forbes Entertainment, Bricks Magazine and a guest editorial in Crux Magazine. 

Sarah is currently working as a design and production assistant for costume designer, Zaldy, making custom garments for drag divas and pop stars.
