When you order, fill out in the Special Requests box, and I will be in contact with you to design the details of your custom piece including but not limited to: Color-ways and patterns, your standard shirt Size, Measurements of your Bust/Chest, Waist, and Hip. 
 
Any additional embellishment or custom finish is available for additional fee: rhinestones, ribbon, embroidery, silhouette changes, etc.
